- Licensed as an Oklahoma Certified Residential Appraiser (Appraiser Number: 13502CRA)
- Experienced in appraising residential properties 1-4 units and working with required software/MLS sites.
- Started Bison Home Appraisal in May 2019 and working till present.
- Report writing including appropriate forms for each approach required with Appraisal software.
